data file.
Your company file will be
designed to provide the maximum

aligned with your external accountant's end of period
requirements. NB: Trying to save on set-up costs is futile! Jean has
spent much of the past 15 years repairing data
files that have not been setup correctly.

of money if you get the set-up
right from the beginning.

Setup employee details, payroll categories, superannuation, holiday
and sick accrual accounts to
suit your particular business.

Start from scratch or use your
existing stock list. Most stock lists
from other software or spreadsheets
can be manipulated then imported into MYOB's
inventory system ready for
immediate use.

invoices and statements
with your logo, remittance
advice and other important

queries resolved. BAS reports printed and backed up.

All transactions checked,
necessary balance sheet and other reconciliations

and MYOB data file sent to your accountant (we

Rollover of MYOB Data
File.
Once your
End of Year financial reports are
received from your accountant, the necessary
adjustments are entered
into MYOB, the two sets of accounts
matched, then your MYOB data file is
reset into the current
financial year. Once
Jean has finished with your MYOB setup, installation and
thorough training, most clients are self-sufficient.
This often means you only require one or two annual
visits each year to assist with end of year, and the
yearly rollover.
